How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I was on AoH training in Hungary (Jan 19-22, 2017). I was using AoH tools and methods before this event.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I'm learning and teaching the way of conscious and human work as a leadership trainer, groups coach and facilitator. I'm using U.Lab tools regulary. I teach facilitation and leading a group of Facilitators.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Company culture, awareness, consciousness in work, playfulness.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My current works are:
- Creating and using a map of organizations consciousness based on the book: Reinventing Organizations, and spiral dynamics
- Using U.Theory and Art of Hosting for helping innovations labs and incubators
- Helping alternative education systems with facilitations and hosting (especially Steiner/Waldorf schools)
