- I found the link in the "Leadership Tool Kit" on impuls.net an I know the AoH-practitioner Anna Blume.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- The foundation of my own "Art of Hosting" lies in systemic coaching and I practice it every day in my "futurlabor - Institut für systemische Zukunftsgestaltung (institute for the systemic creation of future). I would say I am a starting practitioner.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Social-ecological & sustainable transformation-processes of single change agents, teams, networks, organizations & companys through peer-coaching, network-coaching and 1:1-coaching with systemic methods.
