How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I attended ALIA in 2012? I saw the value for my work in my community.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): As an experienced practitioner, I have been using Art of Hosting through my work at the Athens County Foundation to steward important and challenging conversations in my community.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: My hosting work is primarily in my community hosting conversations and building connections/community as well as changing the way we do business with one another. In addition, we have sent 17 local folks to trainings and conducted one here in Athens as well.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Building a community of practitioners
