Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Totem aims to empower collaborating groups to wield their potential by promoting a form of dynamic governance called the Consent-method, in a just and equal society.
It offers a way of deciding, cooperating and sharing responsibility by consent, in diverse settings of collaboration.
My strength lies in truly seeing the potential of every human being, and being able to bring that potential out, so people can share who they are and what they have to bring. In that way, communities can utilise their collective intelligence to the max.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
To reach her goals Totem trains the Consent-method, hosts creative gatherings, and implements organisational structures that support intrinsic leadership and selforganisation.
Where do you live/work?
Netherlands, Amsterdam
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Education, social domains, innovative (un-)structuring, (distributed) leadership
