How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I was hosted by Toke and Monica at a conference of developing new designs for School Building in Copenhagen Municipality.
Later - as a head of school department - I hired them for proces about merging schools, establishing co-creations between institutions etc.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I have participated in several trainings and have taken part in organizing two. (One as apprentice. One as host and organizer.)
I am also a flow game host.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
As a head og school department in a municipality I am using AoH and AoPL as a mindset mand tool every day. I use the metodologi at meeting and processes, and some og my crew members has been to training as well.
Where do you live/work?
I live i Copenhagen and work as head og school department in Municipality og Køge (40 km souths og Cph:)
