How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first heard about the Art of Hosting almost three or four years ago. My sister has attended this seminar and uses the techniques in her own organization's workshops. Now that I am older and currently living in Europe she recommended I tend the one being held in Sweden. Today's date is Jan. 9, 2016
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
For my undergrad studies I attempted to put together a discussion between students from different academic backgrounds to think up utopian systems according to their ideals. Since then I have had a tourist community project in mind. Creating a Tiny Home village that attracts tourist and has them interact with the local community while learning about sustainable living. The seminar did not go as I had planned but I have learned a lot since then. I would say that my level of the Art of Hosting is just past novice, there is still much I need to learn.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Community and international building project.
Where do you live/work?
Lugano, Switzerland
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I teach and do yoga, Tiny Homes and sustainable living/tourism.
