- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I participate into the conversations organized in Paris from 25th to 27 th September 2019.
I really appreciated meeting the people and experiencing new tools to help people better work together.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I am a coach and I have already experienced different tools (I am a practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry for example) which are very useful with my customers : firms or organizations, youg people or religious congregations.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Creating a hosting atmosphere of quality, and being
myself really "present" to me and to the other people whom I welcome.
- Where do you live/work?
- close to Paris (Courbevoie)
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- My "specifity" as a coach is to accompany my customers to find their "raison d'être", what makes sense for them in their professional or personal life.
I am responsible of a "parcours Alpha" in my church ..and very interested to experience Theory U which I consider as a "spirituel approach" of coaching.
