How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
at a Theory U gathering, October 2011
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I've hosted - ie. facilitated - a lot of groups in many different contexts: training courses in Coaching, Supervision, (Body-centered) Psychotherapy, meditation, movement and dance, Gender Communication and Leadership, in Europe and Asia - both longer trainings and one-off seminars and retreat.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I am very interested in transformation in any area - organizational, societal, individual... through Leadership training, consultancy and coaching and therapy. It's all about creating a holding space where people find a way to reach deeper into themselves and from there, to express this in their way of being in and interacting with the world.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I have a passion for the mutlidimensionality of people-work: body and soul, inner and outer, rational and intuitive, deeply personal and professional - I have a passion for anything to do with healing and transformation... and I do love to dance.
