Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am a leadership consultant, with experience in a broad spectrum of collaborative techniques, notably those particularized in the book Liberating Structures.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Broad range of organizational challenges. Currently I am consulting for social services and transportation technology companies.

And the sector you're servicing is so in need of holding meaningful conversations among the stake holders. Make sure your sponsors are willing (and able!) to integrate the changes/initiatives that the collective brings forth! Otherwise we end up creating frustration ... and even giving a bad wrap to the practices ... ;-(
