How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I've known of it for a long time, and can't recall how I first heard. I went to the two day taster in Bristol in June 2014.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am an experienced in process design and in facilitation, but to the extent that AoH is a distinct approach, I am not experienced in it.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Innovation in participatory democracy

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Helping people deliberate constructively on issues that they matter, so that they develop their understanding and their opinion, and we can harvest those opinions as an expression of grassroots democracy.
