How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I participated in training with Valmae Rose and then met Toke and Phil in Brisbane, Australia in 2011.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I would describe myself as a starting practitioner. I am involved in a commitment within our organisation to incorporate Art of Hosting into our every day practice.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: To work toward a culture that supports collaborative decision making and shared leadership across all areas of our work.
