Attended first training in 2009 Warburton Victoria australia.
This attracts me because it works in harnessing the energy and intellect of everyone involved so that the outcome is owned shared and celebrated by all.

I have been practicing since 2009, led the introduction of the practices into my organisation, into the not for profit sector in Victorian disability services, and now at a national level.
I would say my competence is always the apprentice, but have been identified by many as a steward.

changes to the support of vulnerable people - particularly those with a disabilty and their families who have been ignored in the service and human rights systems. it is advocacy and empowerment engagement

Gudday, mate! We've had another Aussie here at the Learning Village with some bagpipes. Lovely to connect with that sound, but the koala sporran was a bit of a shock! Welcome to the virtual Community of Practice!
