I took part in the Art of Participatory Leadership in Hamburg, April 2013 (introduction by Jany Barraut)
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Experienced practitioner, having used many of the approaches, principles and methods in the Art of Hosting spirit in my facilitation work since 2003.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Leadership / organisations (to-date primarily multi-nationals) / teams / change processes / hosting safe space for rich and meaningful dialogue "oasis conversations" / wanting to "expand" into dialogue across organisations
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
hosting dialogue across organisations / playing, not performing / the importance of the inner space (state) / taking back power to the right place within our Selves / kindness as a leadership quality...
