- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I was first time part of AoH in Borl, Slovenia in June (?) 2003. It was a magical experience of learning, designing and connecting.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Since 2003. I use AoH practices in working with groups in organization (for long time it was inside a large international corporation). It became a foundation of all my work as a facilitator and manager. I was part of hosting team for two AoH in Croatia, in 2005 (?) and Feb 2010. AoH changed permanently the way I see possibilities of people working and living together!
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Starting and supporting complex projects, opening space for different perspectives in multi-stakeholder environment, designing events that invites innovation and commitment.
