How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I practiced open space and world café techniques and happened to see AoH mentioned while looking for resources on large group interventions.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I attended my first art of hosting workshop on co-creating leadership, just outside Stockholm last week. I felt familiar with the hosting part, team leadership, complexity theory and quite a number of techniques. I would say I am experienced practitioner in parts of the concept.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
The planning, coaching and conduct of larger virtual interactive events.
Where do you live/work?
Sweden, Karlstad and Stockholm
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Further development and investigation into the virtual art of hosting. Creation of a virtual hosting design pattern language and specific implementation with Zoom.
