Asheville, NC, 2016. Shared, participatory leadership has been really important to the communities I serve. I love to explore creative and inclusive processes that unleash new ideas and inspired action.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I work with circle practices, a little bit of Open Space, Whole Person Process Facilitation, World Cafe...I read a lot about facilitation and connect with others to learn as well. It's a passion! Well practiced starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Educational communities exploring educator and student well being.
