- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I was a part of the Story the Future summit where the Art of Hosting was spoken about.
The word 'hosting' as opposed to 'facilitating' resonates with me, so I am interested to know more...
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I have been a teacher, training facilitator and storyteller for more than 30 years. I believe that instinctively I have been more of a 'host' than a facilitator anyway, but Im curious to learn from others
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Using story to bring about insights for healing, personal growth - getting unstuck and deeper understanding of Self. Now my intention is to use story (eco-narrative) to awaken connectivity to the earth and living creatures so that we walk more gently and respectfully in worlds both seen and unseen.
- Where do you live/work?
- Nelspruit, South Africa
- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- My passion for eco-narrative is a new one and I really am keen to connect with others in this field of interest.
