How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Many times in my work with dialogue and facilitation. Most recently today when I got an email from Cheryl Kartes US Technology of Participation Network about the upcoming harvesting experience planned. I came to the site assuming I had been here before but my email was not recognized so I gues I havent or it was before signing in was a requirement
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am experienced in many forms of dialogue and facilitation so in some ways I am an experienced practictioner. Every hosting opportunity is new and so I find I am always learning and sometimes finding old traps I have creted for myself.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
My work is in faciliation and developing faciltative leadership and participatory systems. In the past most of my work was in facilitation community or organizational change processes. More recently I am doing more training of facilitators from diverse sectors and nations.
Where do you live/work?
I live in taiwan and work in the world as asked with about half of time in Taiwan and a quarter in China and the rest in Europe, Africa or other parts of Asia
