How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: For the first time I heard the term used in Findhorn in the end of 90´s. All the sharing methods that encourage openness, equal opportunity (to make one´s voice heard) open heart, that include paradigm shift both on personal and group level inspire me. The intense mirroring process is a speedway to increased consciousness.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have hosted workshops in sustainable community settings, where the focus is on the paradigm shift and individual learning and transformation. My competence is probably in the holistic approach and experience of the circle method used in personal transformation and participatory learning experiences. And last but least living at Findhorn Community for three years and practising circle method in daily life is a gift I am ever thankful.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I feel I am now moving towards the more organizational settings, not to forget the sustainable community approach either!

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I love dancing and writing.
