- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I am working as a Dialogue Facilitator and Thinking Circle Facilitator in business and non-profit organizations for several years.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I was looking for forms of dialogue that enabled encounter, resonance and development. The classic forms of meetings were unproductive for me. That's why I've experimented with forms that allow for people's equality in conversation and growth.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Dialogue in companies. Co-creation in organizations. Going into resonance in groups. Enable shared responsibility.

- I live in Dortmund and Uffing am Staffelsee /close to munich
