How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: In 2010 a friend and colleague told me about a gathering she attended. Later that year I attended an Art of Hosting training. Five years earlier, I first experienced Open Space and the World Cafe.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Varies--I've used open and participatory processes for years but haven't used them all to the same degree. I've been drawn to, and a part of - student - member - facilitator -- self-organizing groups, systems, and processes since high school. I would saw I am experienced, but more in some aspects than others. I am always learning and deepening my understanding and practice.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: "employee engagement"
