How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: When I was signing up for the world conference for open space this year in St Petersburg Shron Joy Kleitsch who was the registration person checked in about my story and suggested that my work connects well with Art of Hosting and so she linked me into the ongoing email conversations.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been developing Circle Culture for the past 25 years with a focus on the development of Small Group Ministry within the Church. Now I have left the church to follow my sense of call to do deepening work in Circle Culture which for me includes a deepening connection to the authentic self as the starting point for circle culture.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Circle Culture which begins with re-connecting with our authentic self so that we have the capacity to connect with others at the level of their authentic self. From this place of core connection we create space for future possibilities to emerge.
