How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Caroline Rennie told me about it in January 2014. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it sounded thrilling and empowering.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I attended a "The Art of Participatory Leadership" training in Oktober 2014, "The Way of Circle" with Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea in 2014 and another AoH training with the call for "Walking the Pathway of Purpose" in Karlskrona in 2015. "The Art of Commoning" brought me to Ireland.
In 2015 I started co-hosting the Pro Action Cafés at the Impact Hub in Geneva.
I'm a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I don't have a steady hosting practice yet (which I hope to change soon!), but my aim would be to establish and strenghen the personal connections between swiss people and foreigners.
Where do you live/work?
based in Bern, Switzerland, but happily travelling whereever the call comes from.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Integrating the wisdom of nature into our daily lives.
My passion is to create spaces where people can be their authentic selves and connect and dare to share what's alive in them.
Deep listening and authentic connections and conversations that make people realize their mutuality and human interconnectedness.

Dear Kaja, What a pleasure it is to be the administrator who welcomes your to the Art of Hosting ning! Wonderful to see you here and learn about how active you've been in the international community! Post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. We hope you will find value in exchanging in this virtual community! I had a deep thought for you 2 weeks ago at Chateau Bossey with the group of 36 that we were for the 4th AoPL that Caroline called. And I wondered "where is Kaja?..." Big hugs!
