How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I attended The Art of Hosting course 5 years ago and the organisation I work for has adopted this methodology as part of its practice

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): My experience in this started off in Project Managing an Australia wide project looking at Social Inclusion of the Elderly in Australia. Part of the project involved attending a large conference which used these methodologies as part of Community Building...from there it became a day to day experience

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: As an Organisational Learning Consultant the focus is "All of IT' as this is how we work and inform our practice at work
