How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Thrown into it by Toke, Monica and Chris at the Shambhala Institute summer program in 2008.
It is now the foundation of my work.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
My practice have been strongly rooted and influenced by the AOH for the last 2 years. I can say that i'm an experienced practitioner. Process design, hosting, harvesting are part of my job. Totally in the spirit of the AOH.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Sustainability / Presence / Deep nature immersion. But I also work in more traditional settings, facilitating economical or business oriented meetings end events. Lots of experimentations with visual harvests using mindmaps, post-its, twitter, tag clouds and new ideas each week! World café, dialogs, open space, appreciative inquiry as basic facilitation methods. Always experimenting and pushing forward my practice with new questions and inspirations.
