Have participated in 3 AoH and have been using the various formats/facilitation in my work for some time (AI, Open Space, World Cafe, circle)

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Have not done any hosting work at this point

Live in Ohio, USA - Work within USA and sometimes abroad

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?

Large group conflict resolution - Enabling all voices within a system to be acknowledged (heard, witnessed,...) - Organization change
