How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I did an AoH Training in Innsbruck, Austria in October 2014. What fascinates me most is the strong emphasis on harvesting. And I am fascinated by the world wide network of AoH experts.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): As a professional I am working with a systemic and solution focused approach. AoH makes me harvest more and I always have in mind the two most important things: purpose and harvest. I use the form of the circle more often and it's nice having a guardian as a back up.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I am working in the business context. I work with different kinds of teams in various organizations.

Where do you live/work?: I live in Vienna, Austria. And I work in Austria and Germany.
