How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I came across Art of Hosting some years ago. Last year I read more about it, became fascinated and decided to take part in a training, which I did in Innsbruck in April 2014. I felt attracted by the way how a large number of people of diverse backgrounds come together in meaningful conversations and start to organize themselves, inspire each other and support each other in actions.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I have been using elements of AoH like Circle, AI, storytelling and harvesting when I work with groups or teams in companies and I prefer it very much to other methods.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I host myself and my colleagues ;-) as well as teams in companies.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My main interest is resiliance and regerneration in times of change. As a vision quest guide I work with people in individual transitions. As a business coach I work with individuals and teams in organisations.
I really like to bring people in contact with self and nature. Privately I enjoy hiking long distances or simply be still and listen to nature.

Hello, Ina, and welcome to the Art of Hosting community! Glad to see you here. Post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. We hope you will find value in exchanging in this virtual community!
