- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- My work pushed me from Knowledge Management towards Collective Intelligence. While scurrying the internet for methods in 2015, I stumbled upon Art of Hosting.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I am result focused and am attracted to the Art of Hosting because the powerful methods immediately translate into better communication which in turn leads to commitment and self-initiated implementation.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- I am mainly focused on the public sector:
-Joint programming
-Participatory Decision Making
-Effectiveness Improvements
-Staff engagement
-Process Re-engineering
- Where do you live/work?
- Globally but based in Brussels at the moment.
