- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I have heard about Art of Hosting from a friend of mine here in Curitiba in 2015. We used to work in the smae coworking space and I was attracted by his work with Theory U, Integral Theory and he introduced me to Art of Hosting.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I have participated in a 3-day art of hostingretreat in September of 2015. Since then, I have used it in my former company and other projects. Today, I work as a facilitator, so I have been practicing constantly with groups and companies.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Through authentic connection with others and self, the human being is capable of being empty of concepts and ideias. When it happens, we are in our most creative and innovative potencial. My work is hosting spaces and experiences where this emptiness can be discovered.
