How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Invited to attend the introductory Training Course held at Newbattle Abbey, Dalkeith, Scotland in November 2013, I found it the most engaging - and enlightening - training I have ever encountered. I am excited about the potential to learn and use new skills, encouraging participation, which will ultimately help us to build a new society, where each voice is heard and each person contributes to the outcome.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
As a "starting practitioner" i have already adopted some of the practices learned in both my professional and vocational activities. I am looking forward to being engaged in further training and using these learned skills to enhance communities and our workplace.

Hello, Gordon, and welcome to the Art of Hosting community! Glad to see you here. Your words are powerful about how the seminar in November touched you... Hosted I believe by my dear friends Linda, Toke, Chris, right?... There are a lot of beautiful people in this community! Post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you. We hope you will find value in exchanging in this virtual community!
