How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I was doing lots of immunity organizing work and a friend/colleague introduced me to the AoH community and it was like I found my village!
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I utilize AoH in my work in Higher Education as well as in community work. I am an experienced practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I mostly focus on systems change and community visioning work, but also dabble in teamwork.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Chaordic stepping stones, Cynefin, core teams, and applying these models in the context of meaningful community change. I particularly am interested in joining community or identity groups that don't see eye-to-eye and finding a way to generate a unifying vision for their work together.
