How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Attended "Art of Participatory Leadership Workshop" at Chateau de Bossey (Switzerland) in October 2014

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am a starting practitioner, at the moment I apply AoH in my workplace, I plan a new career based on AoH

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: AoH related to changes in IT organisations (bringing humanity to mechanical systems)

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am interested in enabling communities to handle change better.
