How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I know about AoH for longer but only this year, 28-30 Sept I attended my first training in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

It attracted me because I was/am in the search for more participative and freedom giving methods to use in my work as a trainer/facilitator/community organiser.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am a starting practitioner:
- i have integrated world cafe and open space in some of my trainings, but not always as they should happen
- i then was one of the facilitators for a big open space for trans activists- which was a great experience
- I co-hosted a pro action cafe once

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I work a lot on social justice, in various ways. I used to work for many years on LGBTQI rights, then shifted more towards (trans)gender liberation, and now I also work on public participation/grassroots advocacy through community organising with various communities.
