- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- First heard about AoH a few years ago, when I met with Nancy Bragard in a Theory U training. Then other facilitators regularly mentioned it. Lastly I've been willing to check upon Pierre Paris's work and stumbled across his AoH profile page and decided to create an account to see what the site has to offer.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- experienced learner ? I was trained a few years back but still find that every hosting experience is a learning experience.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Not sure. I'm the cofounder of a 40+ people company and my intention is to nurture a "freedom & responsibility" culture. That involves a lot of group work but I find that, as a cofounder, I'm not often the best person to host.
I also to a lot of professional facilitation, mainly around helping boards of directors craft a shared vision or a strategic plan.

- Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
- Yes ! I'm passionate about learning and education but I also enjoy food, modern art and photography a lot. And I absolutely **need** to be outside at least a couple of hours every day. So I do a lot of walking+talking or walking+thinking.

Bonjour Damien! Je suis ravie d'être celle qui t'accueille sur le ning Art of Hosting! Télécharge une photo pour qu'on puisse "faire mieux connaissance" avec toi. Et si tu veux, rejoins les groupes francophones (AoH francophone, Montréal), nous sommes une communauté grandissante depuis les débuts à Compiègne en 2010. Tu trouveras sur le ning de belles conversations et beaucoup de ressources pour faire évoluer tes pratiques.
