How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: From crisis to possibility event in gilleleje DMay 3-5 Denmark 2013. I traveled from Amsterdam the Netherlands to join this event that was organized by friends. I was moved, touched and inspired by the power of hosting and how this workform supports the individual and the group to disover their own wisdom and strength to squelch their constraints and move forward.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I stopped working at the workplace where I worked in 2010 after having worked there for 10 years, because I no longer just wanted to train and tell. Since then I've been training myself in appreciative inquiry, facilitated teams/communities and became a certified coach from a EMCC certified Institute where the art of asking questions is Central. Tapping into the inner wisdom of each and every person.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Executive coaching and facilitation
Team Coaching and Facilitation

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I love supporting organizations, associations, communities and the people in it to live a life full of passion, energy and joy.
