How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about it in 2003 when I met and was mentored by Tim Merry. Since then I have attended many and hosted several events that use the AoH as their basis. I have been fortunate to work with Toke, Tatiana Glad and others at various events.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am an experienced practitioner who has been working with hosting throughout my professional and personal projects over the last 7-8 years. My competence is in design of process, hosting small conversations, guiding groups through process, making visible and strengthening the connections/relationships for pattern-breaking and making. My current edge is harvesting and making visible the invisible that happens.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
rural sustainability and resilience - agriculture and food relationships
