How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: many years ago, 'soulmates, dont remember how, just lost contact.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): as a certified professional facilitator at IAF i embrase AoH as collegues, we just wentdifferent paths.
I would like to be(come) a steward though.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: As IT-project and change manager i always had a broader scope on facilitating. For me proces and projects are connected. Making it happen is the key. Connecting people intentions and ideas is a critical succes factor on any endavour.
Lately I am working in the field of Education, helping to flip the system.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: This one is interesting: "Understanding Design - 150 reflections on being a designer". A book from Kees Dorst (ISBN 90-6369-040-1). Change designer into facilitator, and you'll get a good sense of what makes a facilitator different from other people. Surelly helped me a lot to understand that I am wired differently.
