How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I am a practitioner working in state bureaucracy trying to bring transformation through cultural community engagement and a largerly European-American organization on issues of Equity.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been convening groups for the past couple of years.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Human services, inequities, disparities, institutional racism, bringing diverse views together to weave a coherent direction that benefits the Common Good

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: How to unleash the voices of those voiceless and how to bring about change in the hearts and minds of long term old perspectives.
