How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Through a training in Vienna, Austria taking place in November 27th-29th 2013.
I really appreciate th whole methodological AND human dimensions of AoH.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Actually, I have the plan to start using AoH in the different project settings I am working at - so I am a new/starting practicioner. I am researcher in a extra-universitarian research institute that focuses on Small and Medium enterprises. I am accompanying insitutional stakeholder of funding programms, compiling branch studies and give evidence-based consultancy, especially in the branch of knowledge-intensives-services/ creative industries or related to gender topics in research and innovation.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I started using workshop methods/ accompanying processes 2 years ago and I want to focuse methodologically on AoH combined with roleplay elements.
