What attracted me? Overlapping values of Art of hosting and my work, deep values of active participation of everybody involved

If I look back I can recognize how important the values of AoH in my life and work are and how often I praticed them, without even knowing about the AoH. Now I can give name to many processes, approaches etc.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- NGOs, (international) volunteering, global education, youth work, support to facilitators / hosts, leadership development
- Where do you live/work?
- live - Slovenia, work - everywhere
