Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
While I have followed and participated in AoH tools and events for many years, in 2015 I co-hosted one workshop in Portland, Oregon as a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I focus on facilitation, mediation, organizational design, and exceptional participatory events... for businesses, nonprofits, and governments in the US and internationally. I work in regions experiencing conflict due to war or disaster as well as societies in stability; for mission-critical projects as well as long range endeavors.
