- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- Learnt about Art of Hosting from within the AIESEC network. Participated in the AoH&Harvesting training of CEE region in Hungary, from 19th to 22nd January 2017.
After applying conventional leadership & management approach for complex systems and failing, I search for a more participatory approach and found AoH. :)
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Have been facilitating learning circles, storytelling and world cafes since 3 years within AIESEC nationally within india and internationally in europe and the asias.
Current competence level : experienced practiioner.

- Influencing complex systems through Participatory leadership actions.
