I copied the list over here - good to read!

How might we articulate/what are some core principles of this Community of Practice?

Commitment to Collective Good. Responsibility to whole.

Motivated to show up. Support each other in practice.

Intentionality in actions and language.

Membership that is inclusive with open boundaries that allow people in and out.

Inherent worth and dignity of all people. Welcoming.

Transparency. Safety. Trust.

Ownership of practice. Innovation. Growth. Learn generatively together. We are all teachers and learners.

Don't wait for permission. Each of us has a choice.

Recognize self and others gifts.

Time and space for being together with each other.

Structure/roles fluid in "process structure", hold it lightly

Support meaningful work in the world and community

Not just something in a list. Principles that are evocative.
