Web applications for consent building

Hi all!

I'm looking for a web-application for systemic consensus or other more inclusive "voting" styles for two Community Supported Agriculture -projects in Finland.

We need to gather opinions of various scenarios, so that people (100 and more) could participate in planning and get to know all the information before the actual meeting. A web base -application would be good support for that.

Does anyone from this list have hints or experiences?
