The Art of Hosting

Is there a good paper for graduate students on the Art of Hosting?

From the AoH emaillist, June 2012.

Hello my friends,

I am coming to the list with a request.
I've been asked to teach a course on "Implementing System Change" in American University's Master's in Organization Development program.  Among the resources I'm putting together for the course, I'm offering them readings on a variety of conversational practices, among them: Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Circle Process, and Future Search.
I'd like to provide at least one resource on the Art of Hosting.  Does anyone have or know of a paper that would work for graduate students?
I'm planning on sharing the 6 breaths with them.  I think it is such a fabulous resource.
I am also planning on sharing the videos that Toke recently posted to the list:

His timing was great!  I had just started to think about seeking videos of different practices to help students think beyond an event to change in a system.  If anyone has other suggestions, please let me know.  I'm looking for examples from a variety of practice communities.
many thanks for any suggestions,
Peggy Holman
