Bringing the Art of Hosting Online

Hello everyone!

I'm curious if anyone here has experience bringing these conversational processes (of any sort) online in group video chat? I'm helping to launch an online community that uses Google Hangouts to organize discussions around various topics, and I'd love to hear any wisdom from folks who have attempted something similar. What works? What doesn't?

Please note that there is a Group, here on the site, that is called Online Hosting. If you would post your question there - or even send them all a message with your question, you might get more response. There aren't many people subscribed to this forum (yet?)...

Another way, with the most responses I guess, would be to post your question on the AoH emaillist; so far the most active way of communicating in our network...
