Dealing with conflict in a healthy way that generates energy and creativity is one of the skills that is needed more than ever these days and can help us in any work we are doing, from our personal life, to teamwork to large scale collaboration.
We have put together this course inviting you if you feel called to understand the landscape of conflicts, look at how we can develop personal and collective practices that help us be more creative when meeting difference and engaging in conflict. Dear Rowan, thank you for your thoughtful reply.

After consideration, I would like to renounce this time (I am severely over- committed and understaffed ;-). And I would like to mobilise a colleague as well to join me. He's got the same problem right now. 

Are you planning to do this course again in the not so distant future? We would definitively love to join next time!

Dear Violette,

I think you will be able to get a lot out of the course, even though you can con join all the live sessions. All the sessions will be recorded, with video, audio, graphics and written and all exercises that we do, will be available. 
To the the most out of the course you would need to do the exercises that we do during the call on your own, which perfectly doable.
 If you have any other questions, I also strongly encourage you to join the free info call on Monday if you are able to.
