Art of Participatory Leadership

How can we exercise our leadership, in these troubled times, to collaboratively foster the growth of meaningful organizations? 

This is the question we will collaboratively explore at the 9th iteration of this Art of Participatory Leadership workshop in March, 2022 in Bogis-Bossey, near Geneva.

Having held our 8th workshop virtually in the spring of 2021, we look forward to coming together again in real time, remaining optimistic that this will be possible and celebrating the joy of being united for this exploration !

Through deep and intentional dialogue, the workshop explores leadership and what it means to exercise effective leadership in our complex realities.

The workshop embodies its teachings, as well as the core values of anchored presence, respect, partnership, engagement, accountability and collaboration underlying the approach. It represents a way to live the values on a daily basis.
