This will be a good move in the direction of business applications with simple, but

effective tools for bring the people back to self responsible action and to feel as a

equal part on the "level of the eyes". Entrpreneurs may learn using the group potential of existing knowledge without taking his task and decisions as aqn entrepreneur.

His people can not take the final risc without having , personal money in. More they are responsible to solve their chalanges independent within their workong force.
